This app is exactly what I needed to manage expenses for trips. I like that supports different currencies and allows you to classify your expenses.

Makes owing and getting paid so easy, no more group hassles with one person always paying more!!!

There are a few bugs, but love this app

Used it on a road trip with friends and found it very easy to keep track of expenses. I wish the app would calculate what people owed so that there os minimal money transfers. For example, if A and B owe C, but A also owes B, then A would just pay the difference to C instead of B paying that amount to C. Get my drift?

This app is awesome for if you have roommates and want to avoid getting lost in who owes who how much and when! Whenever you go to the store or pay a bill for your house, you add it into splitwise and it decides evenly between whomever you want to split it with that lives in the same household! I highly recommend it!

Its exactly what I was looking for: a fast and easy to use app to keep a running tally of who owes what with 2+ people sharing expenses. Anyone in the group can make updates from their own phone. No more going through a huge pile of receipts to figure it all out! Great for road trips or just general use for couples.

I have tried many different apps of this sort and I find Splitwise the best of its kind. Very intuitive/user-friendly, cross-platform, offers a lot of options, and fun to use.

I love this app! Its great for splitting the cost of groceries with roommates, reminding teammates of the cost of sports leagues, and keeping track of other shared expenses. Its really easy to use.

Extremely well done app. It was my intention to create such an app until I found this one and saw how well it was implemented. One trick we use with the family is never to settle up. Whoever owes the most pays next and no cash ever really needs to change hands. Sometimes we will settle up in one group and transfer the expense to another group if that makes sense. Well done !
