When I take trips with a group money can be a contentious issue. Split wise is truly a simple app thats easy to set up and easy to use. Great integrations help you find contacts and get up and running splitting bills right away. One of my favorite new apps!

Once upon a time, I started using this app. My friends, roommates, family and I all lived happily ever after. The end.

Its a great app! Its wonderful for trips with friends

I do suffer from the chaos about the splitting because I have to keep the items on the paper and when somebody comes up with a doubt, I have to explain a lot. In addition, calculation and payment are annoying problems, too. Now with this app, everything is listed and shared among people, so clear. It will do the calculation and split automatically, with a few easy options to pay the money directly to my Venmo account. Its quite convenient and I will continue to use it.

I love everything in the app. Everything is so easy to use and can be easily found. The only suggestions I can give is, when we see the activity on iPhone which will have all the transaction, may be differentiating according to the group will help. Giving colors to a particular group will be helpful to easily figure out group transactions.

This app/site is fantastic. Ive been using it for over a year now, and it has helped keep various group expenses stress and awkwardness free. Plus, I love how its integrated with various mobile payment systems, such as Venmo and PayPal. I highly recommend to anyone whos sharing expenses at a regular basis.

Best app for keeping track of expenses between relationships and group living situations.

Been using it with my roommates for several years now, works great. Would be nice if it had a search feature to find old bills and charges

I am first time using any kind of split tools found it very convenient and easy to use

I LOVE this app but it has stopped working on my iPhone. I can open it up and go to a group, but it locks there. Tried rebooting the phone and uninstalling and reinstalling, but it wont work now! Help!

Not able to send invites via sms by choosing contact from contacts list, only way is either you remember the contact number or email, because app doesnt shows number or email to send invite. So irritated while adding friends to group. Secondly the server is very much slow in synchronisation. After one has registered still its not getting updated in my list. So many issues on iOS. Seems like never tested on iOS latest OS.

This is very good app in all terms UI, notifications and simplifying the overall balances

Really saves the pain for me!!!! We can enter the expense in whatever we want, wish this was in existence many years ago.

Easy way to split bills and settle debts amongst friends

Been looking for an app like this for years! It is so smooth, works brilliantly! Absolutely love it.

Im frequently sharing expenses with several friends, and Splitwise has been life changing. No more mental tabulations or messy spreadsheets and notes. The app is beautiful and cleverly designed, and adding expenses is a joy.

This is without a doubt the most useful app I have. Great for trips and households. Keeps track of everything in a transparent way. No longer need to worry about who pays...just Splitwise it!
